Kitui Wiper Governor Candidate Julius Malombe has exuded confidence that he will emerge the top while casting his vote at Ithiani Primary School at 10:30am in Kyangwithya West Ward

Speaking to journalists immediately after casting his vote, Malombe assured Kitui people that he will ensure equal representation of human capital at the county executive of Kitui

“I will strike balance and make sure that all constituency in Kitui county among the eight are represented in the county executive as well as in the other departments, the current administration has skewely hired staffs from certain areas

The same spirit will be trickled down to all fourty two wards in Kitui County because many of the wards in Kitui are not represented in the current administration and we can’t afford to have employees from one area,” Malombe Asserted

He also said that some of the projects he had started during his first tenure, were abandoned by Kaluki Ngilu led government instead of accomplishing them

“Public funds should always be taken care of, any new government should make sure that projects started by predecessors are completed since we are spending public resources not our monies to waste

Some Wards Administration Blocks have been desserted and others looks pathetic, Ward Administrator equals Assistant County Commissioner in the County Government, therefore is a person who needs to be treated with high esteem,” Malombe posed

Dissecting the wider topic, said will look at all incomplete current regime’s projects and accomplish them for betterment of Kitui electorates

Malombe also told Kitui South people that Kangu Kangu water project will be accomplished to supply fresh water to the residents of Ikutha, Mutomo, Ikanga, Mutha and Kanziko

On matters politics, Malombe condemned voter bribery which has been witnessed by his opponents in some parts of Kitui County

He told those who will lose not to cause mayhem and instead follow the right channel of launching complains at the court to request for voter recount

Our investigation revealed that Musila diehard supporters were in overnight looking for voters to dish out some money in favour of their Jubilee candidate but their attempts were thwarted
