Makadara lawmaker George Aladwa has warned that Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna may be kicked out from the ODM party as Secretary General
Speaking on Saturday 22nd February, Aladwa warned the vocal senator that his says are numbered in the party and that he should stay away from him since many of leaders of their calibre end up being kicked out from the party.
“I want to warn Sifuna. The one calling himself Secretary General of the ODM party, we have had many Secretary Generals before; hes not the first one. Ababu left. And he will also leave. He should stay away from me. I can see he has insulted me a lot, but I want to tell him that his days in ODM is numbered,” Aladwa charged.
The also vocal legislator in funerals and especially functions unrelated to parliament, alluded that his foe is being used by the former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua
He alleged that Sifuna had joined Gachaguas faction and is being fronted for Nairobi gubernatorial seat come 2027
“The same Sifuna is being used by Gachagua, even during the impeachment motion he voted reluctantly. We know Gachagua candidate for Nairobi. Even last week, we saw him Gachagua and Kalonzo and Waititu at Kawangware,” he added
However, Aladwa wished Sifuna all the best citing that he already left ODM and started working with Gachagua and Kalonzo,“he should stop deceiving people that he’s still ODM Secretary General, we knoa he hanged his boots long time ago,” he underlined
