Trade Chief Officer and Director, Fernandes Mbindu and Fidelis Mwaniki respectively, together with Civic Education Asst Director Shadrack Musyoki have issued empowerment funds totaling to Sh.200,000 to various groups Itika village in Mutitu/Kaliku Ward, Kitui East Sub-County.
Also present is the area MCA Anastasia Mwathi.
