President William Ruto has yet again reappointed billionaire to serve as the Vice Chancellor of Egerton University
Ruto reappointed Narendra Raval to serve for another term of 5 years at the university. His first term had expired
“In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 (1) (a) of the Universities Act, 2012, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, re-appoint Narendra Raval as Chancellor of the Egerton University,” Ruto announced.
Narendra Raval was first appointed as the Chancellor of Egerton University by former President Uhuru Kenyatta in March 2019.
