In a report that was tabled on Wednesday 23rd November at Kitui County Assembly, the vetting panel approved one male and one female out of twenty three applicants whom had been lined up for interviews that took two days
This, is after regorous process and intesivive lobbying by the members who had shown the interests to serve as non elected members in the county assembly service board that comprise of nine members in total
Pursuant to the provisions of section 46 of the County Assemblies Service Act, the House has anonymously approved the report by the County Assembly Service Board on the consideration of the nominees to the two positions of members to the County Assembly Service board.
The report was presented by Hon. Hussein Mwandia (MCA IKUTHA WARD) member of the Board.
The County Assembly Service Board chaired by Hon. Kevin Kinengo Katisya, appointed Ms Ruth Nzambi Joseph and Mr Wilson Muange Musyoka to serve on the said Board after successful interviews conducted last week.
