Wiper Democratic Party Leader and Senior Counsel Kalonzo Musyoka has sought to know why Kenyan youths are being abducted under full glare of Kenya National Police Service

While attending Milimani High Court, Nairobi as an interested party representing the People of Kenya. Kalonzo joined Narc-K leader Martha Karua in their quest for justice under the Kenya Kwanza regime

He made the statements following revelations that the Inspector General of the National Police Service (NPS) would not honour court summons issued on December 31, 2024, to appear before Justice Bahati today, because he was in a meeting of national importance, Dr Musyoka poured cold water on the explanation:

“We are not at war, so where are Inspector General of the National Police Service (NPS) Douglas Kanja and the National Intelligence Service (NIS) Director General Noordin Haji? This is a matter of grave importance.”

Dr Musyoka who is the Party Leader of the Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM) was in Court with a host of lawyers including Senior Counsel Martha Karua, Eugene Wamalwa, Senator Okiya Omtatah and Ndegwa Njiru.

Justice Bahati adjourned the case to Monday January 27, and ordered that IG Kanja appear together with DG Haji.

The People’s Loyal Opposition Team held a Media Briefing thereafter and decried the rising cases of enforced abductions, the chest thumping of senior Kenya Kwanza leaders including Chief Abductor Mr William Ruto, Majority Leader Kimani Ichungwa and COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli over the weekend in Bungoma.
