Matungu Member of Parliament Peter Nabulindo now wants immediate transfer of OCPD, and all police officers deployed at Matangu Police Station,Harambee and Koyonzo Substation following the rampant insecurity in the area
Addressing Members of the Media at Parliament buildings on 27th February, Nabulindo called Cabinet Secretary for Interior Kipchumba Murkomen to immediate relief off their duty the security officers attached in those arras since they have been engaging in corruption deals in a broad daylight
He acccused the OCPD of receiving about sh 20,000 bribes to allow heinous crimes happen in a full glare of his watch
“We can’t allow such things to happen, my people wants another team of security officers to protect them because the ones we have, don’t have good relationship with wananchi,” Nabulindo stated that police officers must correlate well with the community
