Makali calls upon kenyans to rally behind Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka for the next Kenya’s President
He urges wiper supporters and Kenyans not to wait Raila’s endorsement instead of taking the bull by head in a democratic manner
Kitui Central Member of Parliament David Makali has now told Kamba people to support Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka in preparation to become sixth President of the Republic of Kenya
Speaking with Journalists at Hilton Garden Inn on Thursday 8th February, 2024 Makali said that Wiper Party has already started flexing their muscles until ODM Leader Odinga bows to the pressure Kalonzo Musyoka’s supportera across the country
“I don’t believe on Raila’s endorsement, he should also join us by the pressure coming from people that’s democracy and how we should do our politics
Just like DAP party leader Eugene Wamalwa has declared running for the top seat the same to our party leader [read Kalonzo Musyoka]
Makali observed that it’s the highest time that we come together to support one of our own in every part of the country
This comes barely few weeks after Wiper Party opened online registration drive across the country where they started with Kajiado County
On Saturday 10th February, the caravan led by former President HE Kalonzo Musyoka is slated to populace for the exercise in Kitui County, moving on to Meru County on Sunday 11th February 2024
“We have decided now to traverse and encourage people to join online registration because our party leader spoke categorically that 2027 will not be a joking year. There is no doubts about him taking the mantal since he may retire from politics,” he remarked
The vocal Ukambani leader who is now eyeing for gubernatorial position come 2027 reminded Kenyans that Kambas have been the most loyal people by Kalonzo shielding his presidential ambitions even when he’d not been nominated to be Raila’s running mate
“The truth of the matter is that any Kenyan of sound mind has withdrawn support from the Kenya Kwanza Administration because they have have failed in their policies
Even if they are given another 10 years, they have shown no clear implementation of their policies and therefore they won’t deliver anything,” Kitui’s favourite gubernatorial aspirant blasted ruling regime
Internal wrangles
On political differences pitting section of County leaders in Ukambani region, Makali observed such as internal conflict which is healthy and showing maturity in democracy since every leader aspires bigger position
“When you marry a woman you aspire to get children despite the love which brought you together so to politicians- internal differences are always there but our purpose and party mission remains unwavering,” he advised
