Little did the Kenyans know the same thoughts were with the Head of State Dr William Ruto.
The possible trios have what it takes to spearhead and rebuild the country’s image owing to their academic scholarly and to use the same in skydiving diplomatic conflicts and fostering international foreign relations

Mwaura’s soothing tongue, boldness and language mastery both English and Swahili fits the shoes of Mr Oguna, though a politician, but he never disappoints in every position appointed

Mwaura has Masters in Arts in Development Studies from the Nelson Mandela University and another Masters in Arts in Social Work
Known to be smart, the former botched Chief Administrative Secretary to now Government’s Spokesperson congratulated President William Ruto for giving him in a such prestigious and all public engagement office

Mwaura’s appointment follows a recent incident at the 2023 Rhema Feast where the host, Reverend Julian Kyula, invited him to address the congregation as a ‘government official’ on behalf of the state
“Mwaura stood up in his capacity as Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) to speak to the gathering
I am the chairman of all the CASs and the leader of our fellowship which meets every Wednesday,” he said
