Sonko clears Sh200K for Fake Lawyer Brian Mwenda

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko Mbuvi hags cleared the Sh200,000 fine for the controversial fake lawyee Brian Mwenda who was arraigned at Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday 24th October

In honor of his promise, Sonko declared that he will foot the fines should the younger lawyer practising without education certificates be charged


Sonko has shared the Mpesa transactions through social media platforms to prove his honest and indeed his name as the ambassador of good deeds


Mwenda was arraigned at Milimani Law Court to respond to the allegations from Law Society of Kenya which denounced him as a learned friend and a unqualified legal council 

Responding to the LSK’s public pronouncement, Sonko applauded the younger brainy ‘lawyer’ and also promised to sponsor him [Brian Mwenda] attain formal education should he have left over lack of school fees

Mwenda is rumoured to have won several court cases before the Magistrates of the latest being acquittal of former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga

Sonko’s remarks were also supported by the Secretary General of Central Organization of Trade Union Francis Atwoli who called the system to adopt the Recognition of Prior Learning which acknowledges and values the knowledge of the people who are not educated
