Beatrice Elachi of Dagorret North followed second in the most active MPs slots category

Kitui Central Member of Parliament Hon. Makali Mulu has been listed as Most Active MP in 13th Parliament talking trolling over 348 other legislators

In a list released on Wednesday 9th July, by Mzalendo Trust, tagged 2023 Parliamentary Scorecard, the third term legislator emerged top one beating even National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah contrary to the norm 

Mulu is taking the lead in contributing matters related to common citizens and of national importance that has negatively affected all Kenyans across the country 

The scorecard, listed Public Investment Initiatives, Non-Performing Loans in Public Debts, Vetting of Cabinet Secretaries and Housing in Kibra as the most topics that the MP has been raising the concerns 

Other topics listed are conservation of environment and planting of trees, kitchen programmes in kawangware, school feeding programmes in Arid and Semi-Arid Areas [ASALS] and National Hospital Insurance Fund [NHIF] 

Dagorret North Member of Parliament Beatrice Elachi followed secondly, also being categorised as the champion of the citizens in the same rating under the same characterization 

Seme Member of Parliament James Nyikal of ODM came third as Kilifi South Member of Parliament Ken Chonga of ODM took number four in the list

Mbeere North Member of Parliament Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku of Democratic Party took fifth stab 

Most Active Women MPs

Phylis Bartoo [Moiben] Beatrice Elachi [Dagorret North] Sarah Korer Beatrice [Laikipia North] Kemei [Kericho] Lilian Gogo [Rangwe]  were listed as the active women members of parliament 

Least Active Women MPs

United Democratic Alliance Nominated Member of Parliament Teresia Wanjiru Mwangi, Elizabeth Kailemia [Meru] and Muthoni Marubu independent Member of Parliament from Lamu were listed as least active women Members of Parliament
