President William Ruto has sincerely thanked Laikipians for voting Kenya Kwanza leaders in large numbers in the last year’s polls as he placed to honor all campaign promises
Addressing thousands of worshipers at an Interfaith thanksgiving service at Nanyuki Stadium, Ruto said that their victory was a resultant of prayers and devotion in Christ

He promised that all roads construction as agreed by the local leaders will be implemented very soon starting with Nanyuki-Rumuruti road network
Sorting out the issues of water scarcity, President said Nanyuki dam, Wiumîrîrîe and another one in Laikipia North will be constructed

He also ordered Interior Cabinet Secretary Prof Kithure Kindiki to oversee the recruitment of 360 National Police reservists whom will be trained and deployed in Laikipia for the next few months
The president also confirmed that his administration has planned with all ranchers to fence all their properties and make sure game wardens have fought back the hideouts criminals

“We are recruiting 300 new teachers in Laikipia to help in transition from primary to junior secondary and secondary school
We have requested bishops to stand with us in prayers so that all what we have planned can be implemented,’’ He concluded.
