Wiper’s Gedion Mulyungi, Jubilee’s Lydia Mutambu engages in a fist fight

Physical fist fight ensued after two political rivals decided to weigh in the most energetic and masculinity bouncers in the parliamentary hunting battle for Mwingi Central in Kitui County 

The supporters of incumbent MP Gideon Mulyungi who is courting his second term on Wiper ticket clashed with the fresher Jubilee’s Lydia Mutambu prompting the police to intervene.

Law enforcers rapidly intervened in the said purported clashes between wiper and Jubilee candidates’ supporters during their campaigns for the Mwingi Central constituency.

It’s intimidated that several bodabodas have been vandalised and the remains dispersed alongside the road, as seen in images provided by local media platforms.

However, according to topnews site and eye witnesses no fatalities has been reported so far.

Mulyungi who is a soft spoken legislator but a candid debator, is known by his nickname as tsunami and has on several occasions warned no other candidate should prevail in Kitui county politics without banking on Wiper ticket

He commands for respect to the Wiper party led by Kalonzo Musyoka which is a dominant outfit in Ukambani 

Jubilee’s candidate in Mwingi Central, Lydia Mutambu is wife to former Mwingi Central Member of Parliament Joe Mutambu who served one term from 2013-2017 and is now serving as Kentraco’s board chairperson
