CS Moses Kuria Clash With UoN Don Over Demeaning Character

The University of Nairobi don has regretted to Kenyans for producing below the per graduates

This follows the Investment, Trade and Industry Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria’s conduct in live National Television 

In an apparent dig at the CS’s character, Alfred Omenya confirmed that Kuria was indeed one of the alumni of the University 

The lecturer stated that despite the institution producing best students, the varsity is unlucky to have produced such graduate referencing to the CS 

“Let me confirm that Moses Kuria was indeed our student at the UoN. While we are committed to highest standards of training, sometimes substandard products like Kuria slip through the cracks. I apologise profusely to the Kenyan public for those loopholes in our training,” He wrote in a statement on X app

During the debate for affordable housing on Wednesday, 13th, Omenya deemed the project as useless that nobody has commissioned such a project on earth.

However, in a quick retort, Kuria referred to Omenya as a dullard for issuing such remarks against the Kenya Kwanza projects

“Sad it was regretful that Kenya spends billions of shilling on educating Kenyans in reference to Omenya. “You know let me just disgress a bit. You know Kenya spends Sh650 billion every year on education to educate people like Prof Omenya. He called our programme stupid,” Kuria stated

Earlier, Kenyans trolled CS for posting images of discounted food prices on X account 

Kuria showed the discounted offers from Carrefour Supermarket claiming that tge food prices had started coming down

In the post, the CS shared prices of various items including white rice, cooking oil, sugar and diapers

However, the prices of sugar remained relatively high across supermarkets amid speculations of a supply shortage as the government halted local production 

Some retailers have been offering discounts to persuade customers following a reduction in demand due to increased prices 

Kenyans reminded Kuria, that they are aware of the offers especially from the French owned supermarkets
