The Machakos County Oversight Forefront Caucus Chair Henry Carlos Kioko has urged Machakos people to get prepared in electing a candidate from United Democratic Alliance Party as Governor come 2027
Speaking on Friday 17th November during the UDA’s grassroots meeting in the preparation for the forthcoming grassroots election, Kioko, sought Machakos UDA’s delegates to elect him as UDA’s Farmer’s Representative in Machakos County
“I have been running a demonstration farm in Machakos to train farmers in climate smart drought resistant farming thus why would like to bring about accelerated farming in Machakos County,” Kioko stated
He said his passion for farming has been one of the greatest achievement as he does contract farming for sweet potato and introducing Somali sheep in Ukambani as he seeks to represent farmers interests in the county
Additionally, the vocal politician called upon all UDA members to join in oversight Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti of Wiper so as to push for quality service delivery
This is movement he has been leading which has caused some of his political opponents cool their feets awaiting resounding defeat in the 2027 General Election
This comes a day after he called Machakos people to brace for a landslide county demonstrations to demand governance and integrity within County Executive
He furthed requested Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka alias Kawaya who is being fronted as National Organising Secretary for UDA to protect and defemd those who push party’s political interests at the grassroots level
