LPD PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE PROF. FRED OGALO ADVOCATES PROTOTYPE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP OVER MANIFESTOS

Liberal Democratic Party (LPD) Presidential Candidate Prof. Fred Ogola has reiterated his leadership philosophy, stating that his vision for Kenya is grounded in prototypes rather than traditional political manifestos, which he described as documents often reduced to propaganda.

Prof. Ogola emphasized that leadership should be demonstrated through practical, working models that citizens can see, test, and benefit from, rather than promises on paper.

“A manifesto is merely a document. A prototype is proof. Kenyans deserve leadership that demonstrates solutions before seeking power,” he said.

Widely respected as an accomplished scholar, seasoned lecturer, and a strong advocate for justice, Prof. Ogola has consistently championed principled leadership anchored in accountability, intellectual rigor, and the rule of law.

In line with his justice-centered agenda, Prof. Ogola also publicly pushed for the release of Bob Njagi, underscoring his commitment to civil liberties, due process, and the protection of fundamental human rights.

The LPD presidential hopeful maintained that Kenya’s future lies in ideas that work, systems that deliver, and leadership that can be verified by action, not rhetoric.

As the national conversation on leadership and governance continues, Prof. Ogola’s prototype-driven approach is increasingly resonating with citizens seeking credibility, justice, and tangible solutions.
