Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe held a bonding session with the Kitui Members of the County Assembly to strategize on how they can achieve much needed services for the people all together
The (MCAs) led by Speaker Hon. Kinengo Katisya deliberated among other things on how the two arms of the Kitui County Government will work together to deliver development to the people.
In his clarion call, Governor Malombe called for unity among the two arms urging the members to remain focused on the service delivery to the people.
He also cautioned them against being misled by outside forces who
want to divide the Assembly and the Executive.
Led by Speaker Kinengo Katisya, the members unanimously promised to walk together in seeing the Governor achieve his manifesto of making Kitui great.
The Speaker pointed out that as the members of the County Assembly they will remain united and work jointly with the Executive dispelling rumors that the Assembly is derailing the Governor’s agenda for the people of Kitui.
