Six Kamba MPs allied to President William Ruto have castigated Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka into Mavoko Land Scandal

Led by Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka and Kitui East Counterpart Nimrod Mbai, the MPs alleged Former Vice President and Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti are the main beneficiaries of the East African Portland Cement.

Without mincing their words, demanded the said politicians to declare their interests in Mavoko land and stop sugar-coating

Additionally, called govt agencies to freeze all properties owned through the proceeds of Mavoko Land to compensate victims of the said land

Kenya Kwanza allied Members of Parliament from Ukambani have dragged the name of Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka into the shenanigans of East African Portland Cement land in Mavoko Constituency 

Speaking at parliament buildings on Wednesday 18th October, partly six members have alleged that the wiper boss is main beneficiary together with Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti from the proceeds of intricacies of Mavoko Land Saga

“We want government to compel the beneficiaries of Mavoko land scandal to compensate all the victims. We are privy that wiper party has been using proxy associations and the other people to sell to unsuspecting Kenyans pieces of land that belonged to East African Portland Cement illegally,” Mwala MP Eng. Vincent Musyoka aka Kawaya stated 

He called upon the investigating agencies to summ the main suspect and leave Mavoko MP Patrick Makau, who according to them is used to sanitize the big fish 

“The DCI list should be expanded to capture the big fish including governors.  They should also investigate how much land they have acquired through their proxies. We also want state recovery agencies to move with speed and recover all properties owned by the main beneficiaries from Mavoko land scandal,” Kawaya remarked angrily

Backing the claims, Kitui East Member of Parliament Nimrod Mbai alleged that Wiper Party has been using land to sponsor it’s activities

“The truth of the matter is that people pretending to fight for the victims are the main beneficiaries. How can Congolese squatters own land in Athi River kwani wao ni wa Makueni ama ni wa Kitui? Mbui rhetorically asked

He observed that only 5 per cent of Kambas living in the said land where 40 per cent of the land was sold to people from Mt Kenya region and another 40 per cent to unsuspecting Kenyans from Kisii areas

The legislators observed that capable individuals terming them widest syndicate of cartels have started invading into private lands within the vicinity threatening owners to vacate

This was established by Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Mwengi Mutuse who said that land belonging to Justice Mbaluto and Katani Shamba among others have been invaded by the same cartels 

“Some of these politicians are known sure and they have always been telling us they are not sure whether they will legally own those pieces of land,” Mutuse disclosed 

He said that the names mentioned not new because they were in the George Saitoti report in 2012 which was done by former Nairobi Town Clerk Roba Duba

Conclusively, the members noted that the issue of demolitions should not ne viwed as political since it was done by government agencies after court ruling over the squabble of the controversial land that has claimed many lives 

They cited other regions of the country where Kenya Kwanza Administration have restored the sanity by returning public land or private land to original owners 

“Let everyone now record the statement to the already established DCI station and spill the bins who sold them the land so that we can go after the culprits 

Nominated Senator Tabitha Mutinda urged DCI to arrest and prosecute the capable individuals so as to compensate the victims whose their worthwhile properties have been destroyed by the acts of greedy individuals running criminal enterprise in Athi River
