The Green Thinking Action Party Leader Dr Isaac Kalua Green has called Methodist Church leadership to write to the Chief Justice Martha Koome, requesting the Judiciary to fast track the pending matters requested by the church leaders

In a statement to the newsrooms on Saturday 28th January, Kalua Green, who is a devoted member to the church, discouraged them putting church differences in the public instead of finding unity and harmony internally

“I humbly suggest and warmly encourage that you initiate an honest discussions that may lead to unity among the Methodist Church Members and therefore the Body of Christ.

I further request that you present the matters discussed in the said video before the National Security Agents so that security can be provided tp those living in fear of their lives,” Kalua Green advised.

According to Dr Kalua, the video going rounds on social media platforms emanating from the most respected church is a distasteful and church should refrain from making derogatory statements on public

“On Thursday 23rd January, I attended the burial of a pillar and prominent member in your church the late Dr Gershon Mwiti in Meru County. In attendance there were two former Presiding Bishops Dr Lawi Imathiu and Dr Stephen Kanaru.

During the function, there were unnerving issues that were conversed in public by you church members present. I regard those issues demoralizing because there may be a better way of settling imminent church disputes at a leadership level and away from the public,” He emphasized

He reiterated that the validity of the internal wrangles and factions which he may never be party to, has and will portray the image of the Body of Christ in a negative limelight and potentially increases any existing rifts among the honourable flock
