Signs of Abusive Governor
Instead of seeking advice, asking for input or showing humility, Governor Wavinya is notorious for ruling with an iron fist, using intimidation as a defense against her own insecurities and unwittingly undermining her executive.
A human resource staff name withheld says Wavinya micromanages and threatens staff delving information to Oversight Causus Chair Henry Carlos Kioko.
He further claimed that Wavinya exihibits unpredictable, erratic moods so they never know what to expect.
Medic professionals at Machakos Level 5 attribute this behaviour to unstable mental health.

Other areas of concerns are poor sanitation where garbages and littered drainage and environment is usual as well as poor infrastructure
Residents have decried that the only tangible development and infrastructural structures seen were left by former governor Dr Alfred Mutua
