Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has vowed to move to supreme Court to defend his people from being evicted by Gerson Kirima’s family in a contracted 1000 acre piece of land
Speaking at Parliament Buildings on Tuesday 24th, Owino read six clauses that the judge did not apply while he was issuing orders for 10,000 people to be evicted

The vocal legislator observed that it would be unattainable for the late Kirima to hold such huge chunk of land of it wasn’t by means of fraudulent acquisition
“We are going to hold protest if the family do not come to negotion table with clean heart. The law states; he who comes for equity must come with clean hands, if they don’t we our hands and legs will be dirty,” he agitated
In application of negotiations, the MP noted that there are those willing to make new arrangements for the payments to the family but again, he pointed out that government should take full responsibility for her people
