Deputy President William Ruto’s party has send mixed reactions to kenyans after it emerged that will create the position of prime minister which was anchored in the already defunct Building Bridges Initiative

Ruto, was biggest impediment in the passage of Constitutional Amendment Bill 2021 (BBI), terming it a ‘dynasty vehicle’ meant to share kenya’s wealth and positions whereas leaving the wananchi (citizens) in hunger

The creation of Prime Minister in Kenya Kwanza Alliance, if it succeeds to power, has left kenyans with million-dollar questions, still thinking loud why he traversed the whole country opposing the said position

The debatable position and security dockets will be preserved for Amani National Congress Party whereas Ford-K taking the position of Speaker of National Assembly and Majority Leaders in bicameral parliament

However, the Musalia Mudavadi’s led party ANC together with Wetangula’s Ford-K are conditionally supposed to bring on table 1.74 million votes from luhya nation to be awarded with the lucrative positions in the Kenya Kwanza government

It reminds Kenyans that all politicians are friends at night while you and me are left fighting for their interests to be accommodated using our hard earned taxpayer’s money

Ruto, was once again, one of the fiercest critiques of promulgation of new constitution, where he remained a lone ranger, fighting to shot it down in 2010

But ever since, he has been embracing it on the podium, little, one would know whether behind the curtains, would create once again unconstitutional as he terms it, a position previously held by ODM leader Raila Odinga

Maendeleo Chap Chap Party’s Leader Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has been promised Cabinet Secretary slot if he brings on table thirty five percent of votes from Kamba nation from a total of 1.7 million votes in the three counties

If Mutua misses the ministerial flag, he commits to settle for nomination in either the National Assembly or Senate and backed to clinch the majority or minority leader in either of the Houses.

The agreement’s schedule however requires Kingi and his Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) party to secure for Ruto at least 50 per cent of the presidential votes cast in Kilifi County in the August State House race; Kilifi County has 582,631 registered voters.
