DCI compels Sakaja to present 13 evidences on Monday, 20th June

The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has written to Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja compelling him to appear at Kiambu road Headquarters, on Monday, 20th June, 2022.

In a letter sent to safinews.co.ke on Saturday, 18th June, an investigating officer attached at the DCI headquarters, Mr Obadiah Kuria, demands Mr Sakaja to appear in person on Monday at 2 PM, Block B, Room 82

The bolding of the letter also warns Sakaja to honour summonses failure to which consequences will be melted against him for failure to comply with orders or insubordination as per the kenyan laws

“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 52(1) of the National Police Service Act 2011, I require you Hon. Johnson Sakaja to appear before me with the following documents,”

Earlier, safinews.co.ke, had reported that Sakaja will be required by Commission for University Education (CUE) to present with himself ten evidences of his academic credentials on Monday 20th June, the same day now he is wanted by DCI

CUE demanded Mr Sakaja to present ten documents to back up his claims and proof to the whole world that he attended Team University in Uganda and graduated on 2016 according to his scanty academic documents

Among the supporting documents wanted by Commission for University Education Chairman Prof Chacha Nyagoitti Chacha is admission letter, transcripts, student ID, receipts for tuition fees, graduation photos, names of lecturers among others
