City Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi now is trending on the the social media after claiming that it was a huge mistake for President William Ruto to appoint former President Uhuru Kenyatta as Kenya’s regional peace envoy.
The controversial lawyer on Sunday 9th October, through his Twitter handle, went ahead to insinuate that, “Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has ZERO POLITICAL CAPITAL in the region and Kenya during his tenure,” He claimed.
Abdullahi who refers himself as Grand Mullah, the most fearless lawyer adds that, “Uhuru was seen as meddler in the internal affairs of others…always on behalf of third parties,”
It’s this tweet which has ellicited mixed reactions from across the country and the world, following yesterday’s move to skip peace talks convened by the African Union on the Ethiopia conflict that were set to be held in South Africa Saturday 8th October, 2012
The move by the former President of Kenya, went viral, where some twitter handlers would attempt to call President William Ruto to relinquish him of such high profile duties of peace talks since the former has retired
Wanyinaa says, “Exactly……. Btw many African and more so East African Heads of State did not like Uhuru. They said he was Soo much into pleasing the whites,”.
However, some criticised Abdullahi for the tweet telling him to cool his polemics and stop directing his hatred to former President Uhuru Kenyatta for he has completed his tenure of service
