Garang’ who was accompanied by other officials and members, disclosed that they have moved to court to challenge ORPP of even allowing the ruling party to use their color them of green and yellow which has been their theme color since inception of the party in 2017.

Sungu Oyoo, Organizing Secretary maintained that any attempts by the ruling class to stiffle some political parties’ activities is against the spirit of multipartism which Kenyans fought for and against the constitution of kenya that guarantees  freedom of association, speech and assembling.

“We stood with the GenZs in 2014 so they know us of what we are capable of. If this orchestrated move won’t stop, our party leader (Boniface Mwangi) will call countrywide demonstrations that will paralyze everything because this party is filled by young blood.

Faith Lumwachi, one of the party’s diehard member, while reading the joint statement, noted that they had been demanded by the registrar to forward any changes within the party within ninety days with no clear knowledge whatsoever whether there were underlying pressures to be deleted from the list of active political parties in Kenya
