Shirleeen lost her father, mother and young brother to banditry, leaving her without a family to care for her.

After his thoughtful gesture to a little girl, Baringo senator William Cheptumo has touched the hearts of many netizens.
He stretched forth his right hand, and lay it on Shirleen’s head as he said a heartfelt prayer for her, as seen in the video. “One day, we will return and testify what God has done for her. I promise to take care of her and may God help all of us to care for one another,” Cheptumo said as the crowd exploded with celebration and appreciation for the man’s kindness.
